I am pleased to welcome you to the newly established Internal Consulting and Project Management Office (ICPM) at the Lebanese American University.
The creation of this office marks an important milestone for LAU. It reflects our commitment to strengthening the university’s strategic capabilities, accelerating key initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and internal expertise. Our focus is on turning ideas into actions that deliver lasting value.
The ICPM serves as a strategic partner across the university, providing expertise in strategy and planning, project execution, and market insights. The Internal Consulting and Project Management Office (ICPM) is a university-wide unit established under the Office of the President at LAU.
Its mission is to strengthen institutional capacity, accelerate strategic initiatives and reduce reliance on external consultants.
