Message from the Director of the Office of Internal Consulting and Project
I am pleased to welcome you to the newly established Internal Consulting and Project Management Office (ICPM) at the Lebanese American University.
The creation of this office marks an important milestone for LAU. It reflects our commitment to strengthening the university’s strategic capabilities, accelerating key initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and internal expertise. Our focus is on turning ideas into actions that deliver lasting value.
The ICPM serves as a strategic partner across the university, providing expertise in strategy and planning, project execution, and market insights. By building in-house capacity and delivering data-driven solutions, we aim to reduce reliance on external consultants and ensure that every initiative contributes to resilience, distinction, and innovation.
At the heart of this work are our students. Their growth and success remain the true measure of every project we lead and every change we help shape. Strengthening LAU means empowering them, and empowering them means investing in a stronger future for our society.
This office is a beginning, not an end. It is about creating momentum to shape the LAU of tomorrow. I look forward to the journey ahead and to the impact we will create together.
